Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident purchasing handmade ceramics from our shop. Due to the nature of our work, please review the following policy carefully.

All Sales

Because each item is handmade and often one-of-a-kind, all sales are considered final, except in cases where items arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. This policy is in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, which allow for limited returns on custom or handmade goods.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, you are entitled to a resolution.

To request a refund or replacement, please contact us within 48–72 hours of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item

  • Photos of the packaging and shipping box

Once reviewed, we will offer one of the following:

  • A replacement (if available)

  • A full or partial refund

  • Store credit, depending on the situation

We will always aim to provide a fair resolution in line with consumer protection requirements.

Lost Packages

If your package is confirmed lost in transit, please contact us. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and determine eligibility for a replacement or refund.

Returns (Non-Damaged Items)

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Minor variations in color, size, or finish

  • Natural imperfections inherent to handmade ceramics

These characteristics are part of the handmade process and are not considered defects.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this window, orders may already be in production or packed and cannot be canceled.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10-12 business days after approval. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit your rights under applicable consumer protection laws. If you are entitled to a remedy under law, we will honor those obligations.
